Personalized, Patient-Centered Approach
We believe every woman deserves care that reflects her unique needs and goals. Our team builds individualized treatment plans through shared decision-making—empowering you to take control of your health and quality of life.
Advanced Technology & Minimally Invasive Options
We utilize the latest innovations in diagnostics, non-invasive therapies, and robotic-assisted surgeries to ensure the safest, most effective outcomes with minimal downtime.
Advanced Treatment Options Expert Care Tailored to You
As part of our holistic and patient-centered approach, treatment plans are carefully customized based on the severity of the condition, degree of bother, impact on quality of life, patient preferences, and the risks, benefits, and alternatives of each option. We emphasize shared decision-making to ensure care aligns with your goals.
Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation
We offer FDA-cleared, non-invasive technology that uses high-intensity magnetic stimulation to strengthen the pelvic floor, buttocks, and abdominal muscles. Patients remain fully clothed during treatment while experiencing thousands of deep, supra-maximal muscle contractions in just minutes. This therapy improves urinary leakage and enhances sexual function—with over 95% of patients reporting improved quality of life.
Innovative Vaginal Support Devices
Our clinic provides the latest internal support devices made from soft, conforming silicone. These discreet, reusable devices support the vaginal walls and activate pelvic floor muscles through gentle resistance—easy to insert and remove with a loop applicator.
Neuromodulation for Bladder and Bowel Control
Neuromodulation uses gentle electrical stimulation of targeted nerves to improve symptoms of overactive bladder or fecal incontinence. We offer:
- Axonics™ and InterStim™ (sacral nerve stimulation)
- eCoin™ (tibial nerve stimulation)
These minimally invasive outpatient procedures involve placing a small battery-powered device under the skin, often with light sedation and minimal recovery time.
Advanced Pelvic Organ Prolapse Repair
We offer a range of uterus-sparing and reconstructive surgical options:
- Vaginal approach using native tissue (e.g., sacrospinous or uterosacral suspension with colporrhaphy)
- Robotic-assisted abdominal repair with mesh graft augmentation (sacrocolpopexy)
- Colpocleisis for patients not planning sexual activity, where the vaginal canal is closed to prevent future prolapse
All procedures are outpatient, often completed in under an hour. We have performed over 5,000 pelvic reconstructive surgeries with excellent outcomes.
Specialized Incontinence Procedures
We offer a full spectrum of incontinence treatments:
- Bladder Botox injections for overactive bladder
- Bulking agents to support the urethral sphincter
- Mid-urethral sling placement—the gold standard for stress incontinence
With over 3,000 sling procedures performed, Dr. Kaaki brings unmatched experience and results in treating urinary leakage.
Cosmetic Gynecology & Vaginal Rejuvenation
We provide discreet, personalized procedures including:
- Labiaplasty (reduction or augmentation of the labia minora or majora)
- Clitoral hood reduction or pexy for enhanced comfort and aesthetics
- Hymenoplasty (hymen repair), performed in-office for privacy
- Perineoplasty (vaginal opening tightening) to enhance sexual experience and restore function
Our clients say
I just wanted to say that Dr. Kaaki’s bed side manor is one of the best I have ever experienced. He is not dismissive and listened to what I was feeling in regards to my pain. He was very kind and patient and explained my procedure well. Currently on to recovery and still has time to answer all questions which is rare for surgeons (at least from my experience) to have this level of compassion especially with women.

Dr. Kaaki performed a necessary surgery I had needed since March of 2020. He is reasonable, he listens well and respects your intelligence. He is not threatened by a patient with alternate ideas, in fact he encourages critical thinking skills. It’s very refreshing in this day of automatons – both Drs. and patients, to find a Dr. who allows “coloring outside the lines”. I always feel affirmed and enlightened after a visit with him. The path to healing post surgery has been a difficult one, but I am confident that the difficulty would have existed no matter the surgeon. I believe Dr. Kaaki performed his part really well.
